WARRANTY, DELIVERY & RETURNS
GUARANTEE
The LUCE 750 jewelry is accompanied by a one-year guarantee, effective from the date of purchase. To ensure warranty coverage, customers must present the jewelry warranty certificate and purchase invoice. It's important to note that the warranty does not extend to damages caused by accidents or improper use, including deformations, scratches, or twists. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs conducted by the customer or a third party will invalidate the warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover cleaning, loss, or theft of the jewelry.
DELIVERIES
Shipping costs remain fixed for both domestic and international orders. Once your pre-order has been confirmed, please allow 5 to 6 weeks for your item to be delivered to your doorstep. Please be aware that additional delays may occur for international shipments due to customs clearance and local postal conditions. It's important to note that deliveries outside of Switzerland may incur customs duties and VAT charges, which are the customer's responsibility. All shipments are handled by Swiss Post, and you will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The jewelry must be in its original packaging and unworn. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return shipment by post. To initiate a return, please email us at info@lucegeneve.com, providing the reason for the return, a detailed description of the item, and the order number. Additionally, indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will respond with the return address. Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive your return and will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order (credit card or bank transfer).
