Opting for pre-order signifies your certainty in choice and willingness to patiently await your desired jewel.
Choosing to pay for a jewel in advance demonstrates a strong commitment on your part. Therefore, we strive to foster a genuine bond of trust by keeping you informed at every step leading up to the delivery of your jewel. Additionally, we value your involvement in the brand's future designs, including you in the production process.
PROCESS
The pre-order process consists of three stages:
Purchase Period
Every two weeks, we open pre-order sessions for you to select your desired piece. Before making a purchase, you will find the estimated delivery times indicated under the "Pre-order" button.
Production
Once your purchase is confirmed, we initiate the production phase at our workshop. This process typically takes a minimum of 4 to 5 weeks. Please note that the production time may vary slightly based on the workload in our workshop and the number of orders received during the two-week pre-order period.
Delivery
Upon completion of production, we promptly ship your cherished treasures to your doorstep, ensuring a swift and secure delivery.
