All our items come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of non-compliance with a purchased item, it can be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please notify us in advance via email at info@lucegeneve.com if you wish to make a return. The customer has a maximum of 5 business days from the receipt of the product to initiate the return process. After this deadline, and if the necessary formalities are not met, the items will be considered compliant and free from any apparent defects, and no valid complaints will be accepted by LUCE 750.
All returned items will be inspected by LUCE 750 and must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the items not being eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipment fees.
Preorders placed online and confirmed will be processed promptly. As a preorder system is in place, production and delivery times may vary. The production time for items is set at 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the specific articles. Once produced, the items will undergo quality control at the LUCE 750 headquarters in Switzerland before being shipped to the customer. The items will be delivered by Swiss Post to the shipping address provided during the preorder process.
Delivery times are as follows:
· 1 to 2 business days for Switzerland.
· 7 to 14 business days for other countries, depending on the local postal service conditions.
LUCE 750 will notify the customer of any delivery delays but cannot be held liable for any resulting damages. LUCE 750 is not responsible for any errors in address input and the resulting delivery errors. In such cases, all expenses incurred for reshipping an order will be the customer's responsibility.
Generally, LUCE 750 limits its deliveries to Switzerland and Europe. Any applicable taxes (such as customs fees or foreign VAT) will be the customer's responsibility. Delivery fees will be indicated during the order confirmation and are the customer's responsibility. LUCE 750 commits to packaging and protecting the goods for shipping to the best of its abilities but cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during delivery, as this falls under the responsibility of the transport service.
