All our items come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If an item is found to be non-compliant, LUCE 750 allows for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Prior notification of returns must be made via email to info@lucegeneve.com. The customer has a maximum of 5 working days from receiving the item(s) to initiate the return process. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in the items being considered compliant and free from any visible defects, and no further complaints will be accepted by LUCE 750.
Returned items will undergo inspection by LUCE 750 and should be returned in their original condition, including complete packaging and accessories. LUCE 750 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return fees, including shipping fees and applicable customs taxes.
All preorder placed online and which are confirmed, will be processed as soon as possible. Operating through a pre-order system, production and delivery times may vary. The production time is between 4 to 6 weeks depending on selected item. Once produced, the items are firstly shipped to LUCE 750 Swiss headquarters for final checks then to the customer. All items are delivered by the Swiss Post with a unique tracking number.
Swiss Post delivery times:
1 to 2 working days for Switzerland.
7 to 14 working days for other countries, depending on the local post conditions.
LUCE 750 will inform the customer of any delay in delivery but cannot be held liable for any compensation in this respect. LUCE 750 cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the possible consequences in terms of delivery errors. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping information. In this context, all costs incurred for the possible reshipment of an order will be covered by the customer.
LUCE 750 usually limits its deliveries to Switzerland and Europe. Delivery costs and taxes (including customs fees or foreign VAT) will be the responsibility of the customer. LUCE 750 undertakes to pack and protect the goods to be shipped in the best condition. Any damage to the package or jewel which occurred during transportation is not the responsibility of LUCE 750.
